During your initial consultation, the dietitian will ask detailed questions about your medical history, current diet, general health and lifestyle. They will also review any recent blood tests and baseline anthropometry. The information collected will allow the dietitian to give you a medical nutrition diagnosis and tailor an individual nutrition action plan for your needs.
You can also expect the dietitian to explore your dietary habits, give personalised dietary advice and help you set goals.
In subsequent appointments, your dietitian will continue to monitor and review your progress as well as provide ongoing nutrition education.
