What are the benefits of pilates?
Pilates and core class offer a great space for you to be able to improve mobility, core strength and flexibility in a low impact exercise format.
We offer both 1-1 and group class services run by our Exercise Physiologists. Each session is tailored specific to your current fitness, presence of any injuries and current goals. All ages and fitness levels are welcome and catered for.

HOW IT WORKS
BOOK A 1:1 APPOINTMENT
All individuals wishing to join a class will need to undertake an initial assessment: involves previous injury history, postural assessment, goal setting and introduction to core strengthening principles.
