Chocolate Tahini Swirl Popsicles


Spring was just around the corner when BBLC's resident dietitian, Ana, stumbled across a set of popsicle moulds, the kind of find that felt serendipitous after a long Winter. And if there’s one thing to know about Ana, it’s that she loves chocolate and ice-cream (Alright, that’s two things). So, needless to say, she felt like a kid on Christmas morning as she carried the moulds home.


This recipe for Chocolate Tahini Popsicles is the perfect amalgamation of her favourite things: it’s chocolatey, quick and easy to make and crafted from whole foods. It offers a balanced mix of carbohydrates from bananas and dates, healthy fats from tahini, and a good dose of micronutrients like magnesium, calcium, and selenium, found in both tahini and raw cacao.
