What to expect?

Exercise has been shown to be a vital part of staying fit and healthy during pregnancy and post-natal  for both mum and baby.

Balanced Bodies have developed a program just for mums focusing on building from the inside out.  Working with an Exercise Physiologist provides you with the tools and guidance to exercise safely during pregnancy and progressively return to your normal exercise or a moderate to high intensity gym program in a safe way post-natal.

Our Strong Mums class is designed for anyone during pregnancy, 6 weeks post-birth and beyond. We also partner with experienced Women’s Health Physiotherapists as they have the ability to have eyes on the inside and ensure you are recovering and returning safely to exercise.

Our sessions are run by trusted pre & post natal health professionals with Safe Return to Exercise Accreditations at our Cremorne Clinic.

Babies are welcome and we will do our best to help you our with the little ones so you can get the most out of your session.
