ABOUT ME
Sarah is an Exercise Physiologist and health coach. She likes to nourish the body and mind with scientific facts that build foundations for a life of realness, not just wellness.

Sarah helps women un-learn toxic diet culture and provide a science-backed, holistic approach to mental and physical wellness that will last a lifetime. Through her own journey with an eating disorder, she discovered Intuitive Eating, which gave me the body freedom I had been searching for through endless other approaches.
She learned to listen and honour her body, and realised that she needed to share this method with the world. Sarah is excited to empower others to reclaim confidence in their own bodies.

Sarah loves that she has managed to turn her experiences into a passion and a career, and when she's not working, she can be found with a coffee, reading research papers.

She practices what she preaches by nourishing her body with good food, good friends and a good dose of the outdoors.​ I’ve invested a lot of time learning and growing to become the best mentor possible.
